Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 1.5 oz of water or into a smoothie. Can be taken anytime of day because of acid resistant strains, however probiotics are best taken just before or with a meal.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 77 degrees F.

This organic probiotic and prebiotic?comes in powder form, and in two delicious flavors - Apple Raspberry and Lavender Lemonade. It can be mixed into cold water, or added into a smoothie for a light, fresh probiotic kick!

The product is shelf-stable even after being opened. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, sunlight and fluctuations in temperature.

There is no yeast in the product.
Does this product need to be refrigerated?
No need for refrigeration. Similar to active dry yeast used in baking, our probiotics are freeze-dried so they survive without the need for refrigeration.
I put them in the fridge, did I kill them?
Not at all! Refrigeration is A-okay! Do not freeze the probiotics, however.
Where are the ingredients sourced from?
We source ingredients from North America and Europe whenever possible and only use the highest quality plant-based food that has been certified USDA Organic. Some of the ingredients are native to South America or Asia and are best grown there. Others are seasonal and better quality ingredients can be found in other parts of the world depending on the time of year.
